Get your pasta cooking in a boiling pot of salt and olive oil.
In a separate pan, melt your butter and add the minced garlic. Be careful not to allow it to brown.
Add the chili flakes and minced chili into the pan and allow it to cook till fragrant.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Let it simmer for a bit.
At this moment, check on your pasta. When it’s ready, toss the pasta into the pan and mix it in with the sauce. If the sauce is a bit thick for your liking, add spoonfuls of the pasta water into the pan.
You can mix in some parmesan cheese if you’d like. And you’re ready to serve!
