Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 tbsp / 28g Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
- 1 Red Chili, minced
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- Linguine Pasta
- Parmesan Cheese (optional)
- Get your pasta cooking in a boiling pot of salt and olive oil.
- In a separate pan, melt your butter and add the minced garlic. Be careful not to allow it to brown.

- Add the chili flakes and minced chili into the pan and allow it to cook till fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Let it simmer for a bit.
- At this moment, check on your pasta. When it’s ready, toss the pasta into the pan and mix it in with the sauce. If the sauce is a bit thick for your liking, add spoonfuls of the pasta water into the pan.
- You can mix in some parmesan cheese if you’d like. And you’re ready to serve!
